F-5000 Series Thermal Mass Flow Meters

F-5000 Thermal Mass Flow Meters provide direct standardized volumetric flow measurement of gases without the need for temperature and pressure compensation. Both inline and insertion versions of the meter are available. The insertion design allows for easy insertion or removal from the pipe without the use of special tools and without disrupting flow. Inline meters are ideal for pipes less than 1 1/2" diameter pipes. The low maintenance design is provided ready-to-use without the need for field programming.

The F-5100 is provided with a bright easy-to-read display that provides rate and total data. The F-5200 is a blind (no display) version of the same meter.


Standard Features:

Highly Accurate
Proprietary hybrid analog/digital sensing circuitry is very stable and yet still responsive to changes in flow. Each meter is individually calibrated using the gas being measured and is accurate to within +/- 1.0% of reading.

Field Validation of Calibration
The F-5100 continuously displays a special calibration factor that provides an easy way to confirm that the calibration is valid.

Ideal for retrofit Installations
The insertion style meter can be hot tapped into existing systems without interrupting gas service

Low Maintenance
No moving parts and durable construction provide years of trouble-free service.

Simple Installation and Commissioning
Each meter is factory programmed for the specific application and ready for use upon delivery.
